What is a ACV diet?

 If you are part of the internet community you musty have certainly seen plenty of posts and articles on social media talking about apple cider vinegar (ACV). Mostly as an important element that helps in weight loss. But, like all of us, we still question if they really work?
Many holistic wellness practitioners and fat loss gurus have an emphasis  on its role for weight loss. But unfortunately, there are no obvious signs or proof that ACV can actually help your weight loss.

So should you try drinking apple cider vinegar for weight loss?

Studies say that vinegar from apple cider helps stabilize blood sugar levels, particularly after consuming a high-carbohydrate meal. Stabilized levels of blood sugar are crucial to maintaining a stable and successful weight loss.

#Helps suppress fat accumulation

Acetic acid, which is the key ingredient of vinegar, has been found to inhibit fat accumulation in animal studies, according to the research published in the journals and research in Bio-food technology.  D aily consumption of apple cider vinegar may be useful in reducing obesity to avoid heart disease.
