During this pandemic of coronavirus and changing of season, it is important to boost up your immunity. Tomatoes are rich in Vitamin A, C, iron and folate. All these nutrients are essential to keep the immune system strong so that it can fight against infections. Tomatoes contain antioxidants as well which helps in fighting against free radicals to protect the cells. The best way to consume tomatoes is in juice form. Kale is among one of the main ingredients for the juices. For power packed immunity boosting drinks, mix kale with tomatoes and a lot of celery. You can add horseradish as well which has many anti inflammatory properties. This drink is rich in Vitamin A and C, potassium, iron and magnesium.

  1. Beetroot, carrot, ginger and turmeric:

This is a strengthening drink which has all the essential nutrients for a strong immune system. Turmeric and ginger have anti-inflammatory properties, beetroot is rich in Vitamin A and iron and Carrot is rich in beta carotene and antioxidants. Mix all the ingredients together and make juice.
